Before blood sampling
Before the medical personell arrive, prepare Your healthcare card or doctor's referral, or information of the blood tests which must be done.
For biochemical tests to be conducted properly, you must not consume food in the last 8 hours (drinking water is allowed) - if any questions arise, feel free to contact us at any time.
After blood sampling
Press the cotton ball on the place where the sample was taken and keep pressure until bleeding stops (approx. 5 minutes). If you are taking anticoagulant therapy, have diabetes or are drinking blood thinners (Aspirin, Andol...), keep the cotton ball pressed at least 10 minutes.
Keep Your hand outstretched and do not bend Your elbow.
Do not exert the hand from which the blood was taken during the day.
